The one to think hardest about. Indio Oasis House sleeps 10 in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and it gets there with a twin rollaway in the primary, a twin pull-out in the second bedroom, a living-room sleeper sofa and a pack and play. For a family group where the kids do not mind, it is excellent value inside Indian Palms Country Club with a new private pool. For ten adults it is too tight, and we would tell you so before you booked.
Two questions to settle before you book
Will you heat the pool? A desert pool loses heat fast once the nights turn. One group at Coachella Sol Haus skipped the heating and described the water as pretty chilly, though refreshing in 95-degree heat. From November on, budget for it.
