The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

Desert Living:
This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it’s natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you’d like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

Weekly Maintenance:
Our gardener and pool cleaner visit the property weekly to keep everything clean and well-maintained throughout your stay. The pool cleaner comes on Tuesdays and Fridays, and the gardener comes on Thursdays. They will access the property through the side gate and should not disturb you during your stay.
