It varies by property and city rules/regulations, but generally you are allowed to have 2 guests per bedroom, 2 guests in the living room, and 2 guests under the age of 18.
Additional guests after the 8 guests will be charged $25.00 per person per night. Online rates and charges vary and are subject to change without notice.
All payments are made online through the Rather Be Properties, LLC website via our company’s payment merchant. Full/partial payment is required to make a confirmed reservation/booking.
Yes, pets are allowed.
If guest cancels prior to 30 days of the scheduled check-in day, guest will receive a full refund of their total cost.
If guest cancels the lease within 30 days of the scheduled check-in, but prior to 7-days of the scheduled check-in, refund is 50% .
If guest cancels within 7 days of the scheduled check-in, refund is forfeited.
The following are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
– Reservations that use promo codes
– No shows (for any reason)
– Changes in the Reservation – any of the following:
– Early departure/shortened stay
– Changing of booking schedule/rebooking
– Changing/transferring to any of the Rather Be Properties
Changes in your reservation are acceptable upon availability. Please reach out to us to inquire about making changes to your reservation.
All offer/promotion codes provided by Rather Be Properties, LLC are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other promotions or any other offer or discounts offered by Rather Be Properties, LLC. They are applied to the value of the accommodation, excluding other fees like cleaning & service fees and are subject to our general terms and conditions.
The promotion code will only be used on Rather Be Properties, LLC website. It must be entered into the Promo Code field on the checkout payment page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the total room accommodation amount. There are certain days that are excluded from promotional offers. Offers/Promotion Codes can be amended or withdrawn at any time, at management’s discretion.
