Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs may not be left unattended in the home, as barking can disturb neighbors. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be traveling with a dog.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily activated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours to reach 100–102°F, depending on outdoor temperature. If you’d like it warmed up before arrival, just message us—we’re happy to turn it on for you. Please note: the spa jets do not function.

Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available for an additional $125 per day (plus tax) due to high natural gas usage. If requested, this fee will be billed prior to arrival.

Scheduled Maintenance:
For your convenience, routine services may occur during your stay:

2. Rideshares/Taxis: Companies like Uber and Lyft operate in Palm Springs, as do traditional taxi services. These are useful for quick trips around town if you prefer not to drive.
3. Bicycles: Palm Springs is a bike-friendly city with many designated bike lanes and routes. You can rent a bike to explore the city at your own pace.
4. Public Transportation: The SunLine Transit Agency operates the public bus service in Palm Springs, with routes connecting various parts of the city. However, buses might not be as convenient for some tourists due to limited hours and frequency.
5. Walking: If you're staying downtown, many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Walking can be pleasant during the cooler months, but remember that Palm Springs can get very hot, especially in the summer.

Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog • Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 4 vehicles allowed.
