Additionally, the area boasts three casinos within a 15-20 minute drive and the Polo fields are conveniently located across the street off Monroe St. For a more extensive dining and shopping experience, guests can use Highway 111, which is lined with a variety of options.

• House Rules • Our home is located in a gated community. To ensure smooth entry, we’ll need the names of all guests and your vehicle’s license plate to register with security. Only one vehicle is allowed, and street parking is not permitted. • Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints.
