How do I book a Coachella Valley vacation rental direct?

Where are your homes in the Coachella Valley?
Palm Springs, Indio and Desert Hot Springs. Indio homes are closest to the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds; Palm Springs homes are nearest downtown dining and the mountains; Desert Hot Springs is quieter and known for its mineral waters.
Can the pool be heated?
Most of our desert homes have a private pool and many offer optional pool heating for a daily fee, which matters from November through March. Check the listing or message us before you book and we will confirm the heating option and cost for your dates.
Do you have homes for Coachella and Stagecoach weekends?
Yes. Festival weekends book well in advance and most cities require a minimum stay over those dates, so reach out early. Our Indio homes are the closest to the Empire Polo Club.
Are your homes professionally cleaned?
Every home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each stay, and our local team is on call throughout your visit.
Do you allow pets?
Several of our desert homes are pet-friendly. Use the pet-friendly filter above, or read our honest home-by-home notes on fenced yards before you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Each listing shows its policy before you pay. Direct bookings usually carry more flexible terms than the same home on a platform, and there is no platform service fee to lose if plans change.
