Rather Be Properties is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution while on the premises. It is important to secure personal belongings and valuables as Rather Be Properties is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and community guidelines. Any illegal activities or disturbances caused by guests may result in immediate eviction without refund. While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, Rather Be Properties is not responsible for any disruptions to utilities or services beyond our control. We encourage guests to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Use of amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, or recreational facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Guests should adhere to any posted rules and guidelines and exercise caution when using these facilities. Rather Be Properties reserves the right to access the property at reasonable times for maintenance, repairs, or inspections.
