Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you! ☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. ☆ Maintenance: Our pool technician cleans our pool Monday and Thursdays. Our landscaper comes once a week every Monday morning. Walk up trash service is taken Wednesday mornings. All services are for your added convenience and will not bother you throughout your stay. ☆ Desert living: This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaner always tries his best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand may be in the pool. ☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35-$50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, pets should not be left unattended in the home and are not allowed in the pool. *Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed.
