☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!
☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.
☆ Maintenance: Our pool technician cleans our pool only Monday and Thursdays. Our landscaper comes once a week every Tuesday. Walk up trash service is taken Wednesday mornings. All services are for your added convenience and will not bother you throughout your stay.
☆ Desert living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert where sand is common and can be carried by the wind. On windy days, the pool may catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always do their best to remove it, but in some cases, a small amount may remain in the pool.
☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35-$50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, pets should not be left unattended in the home and are not allowed in the pool.

While the neighborhood lacks many sidewalks, it’s ideal for those who prefer a more relaxed environment, though it may not be the best for long walks with dogs. The home is particularly suited for adults looking to enjoy the lively, diverse energy and the unique charm of Palm Springs. Please consider this when planning your stay, as it may not offer the conveniences typically sought for family visits.

Amenities
Although we initially went to Palm Springs for a wedding, we were able to take advantage of all the house had to offer. It is conveniently located north of downtown so we were able to spend a day there and also spent time just hanging out in the backyard enjoying the view of the mountains while we took advantage of the heated pool which was needed given the surprise cold front that hit this weekend.
Elissa was a tremendous host and provided my family and I with many recommendations and responded quickly to requests we had to enhance our experience during our stay.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place and experience with this Airbnb and look forward to returning in the future.
My friends and I had a lovely time at Elissa’s place. The home had so much character and charm and was even better than the photos online. The backyard was perfect with plenty of seating and the pool and hot tub were great. We didn’t pay extra to heat the pool but felt the water temperature was perfect for cooling off in the desert. Only about a 10 min drive to downtown Palm Springs. The neighborhood itself has mixed reviews from locals, but Elissa’s place was at the end of the street and gated so it felt super safe and private. Would highly recommend and would absolutely book again.
Our group consisted of two families in town for a cheer competition. The location was great. The house is conveniently located to the downtown area where a lot of shopping and restaurants are located.
Because we had activities, we did not get a chance to use and enjoy the house as much as we could have. The pool and spa looked inviting. The home was extremely clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend this house.

Such a CUTE place, we’ll 100% stay here again! Upon arrival, the house was even better than we thought it would be. The host’s response time to any questions that we had was exceptionally impressive – within minutes every time. You can tell good customer service is one of their main goals. It was very well stocked with plenty of towels, extra dishes, coffee pods & board games. I even noticed a fold-away crib in the bedroom closet for little ones if needed. As some have mentioned, the neighborhood wasn’t the greatest, but it didn’t bother us & we felt safe, especially with the tall cement wall that surrounds the property & alarm system in the house that allows you to hear whenever a door is opened. The backyard is BEAUTIFUL & HUGE with lots to do (yard games, firepit, BBQ, etc). We brought our elderly parents this time but would definitely visit again with our younger friends too as it’s perfectly setup for a girl’s weekend or birthday party. We LOVED IT!!! *****
