☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!
☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.
☆ Desert Living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it’s natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you’d like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

Amenities
Our stay at this beautiful house was so nice!
The house is exactly as in the pictures, nicely equipped, kitchen, nice gazebo outside with table and bbq, nice fire pit in the back and an amazing pool and spa. During our stay there was a high wind alert (45mph), nevertheless time in the heated pool (worth paying for it) and spa was not impacted. My only note is that the spa start / stop buttons are all the way in the back, so during a windy day going in and out of the jacuzzi to turn it on and off and walking till the end of the backyard can be a bit chilly. So moving those buttons would probably be the only thing to improve.
We had some issues with getting the pool & spa heated in the first day, but communication was great and host was very interested in fixing this asap (which they did).
Overall we had a fabulous stay and the house is so nicely positioned as you get sun over the pool from around 10am till 6pm (in March).
My family loved our stay here! It was the perfect little getaway for us! The house was so cute, private, clean, and peaceful.
The house is beautiful my kids and I enjoy the big open areas and the pool we have so much fun, big rooms everything is clean and neat, Elissa is a great host, great comunicación.
The area is so peaceful and quiet just want we need to relax and enjoy some family time, 10/10!!!

I love, love, love this house. It’s absolutely beautiful and has everything you need (but it would be nice to have a few more hangers because I’m an overpacker.) It’s large and spacious and bright, with just the right amount of furniture and decor. It’s SO well done, and I kind of want to move to California and buy the house fully furnished.
You can spend the entire day there and be happy–there’s a nice kitchen, a grill, a beautiful pergola, plenty of seating inside and out, a fire pit, a fireplace, and awesome pool…But you can also drive to Joshua Tree or another park or drive 20ish minutes to downtown Palm Springs.
If you want to eat out every night or do a lot of shopping, you may want to stay closer to Palm Springs, but I was satisfied with the location. It’s the kind of neighborhood that has some bars on the windows, but is overall okay. I felt safe enough to go for a run in the mornings, and the property itself is very private due to a large fence. I would love to come back.
