Please adhere to the city's noise ordinances, which prohibit any audible music outside the home, including the backyard, at all times. Additionally, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 10 AM, during which any noise, including talking, should not extend beyond our property line. Violations may result in visits from local law enforcement and fines up to $500. ☆ Pool & Hot Tub: Please do not add any liquids or solid soaps to the hot tub. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No diving and no glass items are allowed. Guests are responsible for their own and their guests' safety. Our pool has an optional pool heater which requires a lot of natural gas to heat, using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes every Monday and Thursday mornings; he comes and go through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay. ☆ Desert living: This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always try their best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool ☆ Broken Items: We understand that accidents happen. If anything breaks, even if it’s not your fault, please let us know immediately so we can repair or replace it for you and future guests. For serious stains on furniture or floors, or any other damages, notify us as soon as possible, and we'll address it promptly. ☆ Plumbing: Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet to avoid any plumbing issues.
