Essentials like spices, cooking oils, and a rice cooker are provided, along with an air fryer, blender, wine glasses, mugs, outdoor cups, plates, bowls, pots and pans, mixing bowls, salad bowls, BBQ utensils, cooking utensils, a knife block with cutting boards, crab utensils, a toaster, and a dishwasher.
☆ Water Filtration: A newly installed system on the kitchen tap ensures fresh, clean drinking water.
☆ Convenience: Outdoor shower at ground level, 4 parking spaces, and second-level features the main living area.

☆ Management: Our property is professionally managed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests, and you can easily reach us by phone or email. For urgent issues after hours, we provide a 24/7 emergency line, ensuring support whenever you need it. We are committed to making your getaway effortless, relaxing, and unforgettable!
☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand how challenging traveling with little ones can be. That’s why we’ve made every effort to accommodate families with young kids. We provide a pack ‘n play with crib sheets, a high chair as well as children’s cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. There are also board games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!
☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

We have stayed at dozens of properties, hotels, etc and this was a memorable visit and our favorite place. The hosts/property mgmt provides proactive communication and seamless process before, during, and after your visit. We loved how well equipped the kitchen is, everything high quality. The pictures of the house/view actually understate how phenomenal the view and peacefulness of the property are. You can hear the ocean from both balconies and really feel secluded. The location steps away from the beach cannot be beat.The hosts put a lot of care into all details and the experience for the guests. With two kids under 3, it was so easy to travel/pack knowing the house was already equipped for little ones. The house was exceptionally clean. The decor and surf vibes make the stay more of an experience compared to other beach properties I’ve stayed in.

This property was amazing and fully equipped for our every need. It was perfect in every way; private, convenient, clean, comfortable; with many extras in the kitchen and bath. With the convenient location right on the beach, our trip was extra special. Our host was easily accessible with a question we had regarding booking. The property was pet friendly but showed no signs of being occupied by pets as it was spotless when we arrived. We will plan to rent here again when we visit in the future.

This was my first time staying in Avon, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Clean, quiet and beautifully positioned behind the dunes but close enough to the beach to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf. The house is generous in size while still feeling cozy, and it has all the amenities you could ask for. It’s also close to multiple eating options, bakeries and a Food Lion so that anything you forgot to pack is easily replaced. Elissa, the host, is very responsive and communication was great. Highly recommended!

Elissa was very responsive and handled our problems within minutes. The home was clean and decorated so cute! They had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms even had soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Short walk to the beach. Beach was private and peaceful! Lots of different hang out spots around the property. House also came with beach and bath towels which was super convenient!
