For your convenience, we offer a completely contactless check-in experience. You’ll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, allowing for secure, easy entry at any time—day or night.

Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful house instructions.

Management:
Our property is expertly managed we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

TRAVELING IN WINTER:
CalTrans can mandate all vehicles to carry snow chains between November 1st and April 30th. Chains are sold at most auto supply shops, hardware stores, and some convenience stores. We will not be held responsible and do not issue refunds if the city doesn’t allow you up the mountain because your vehicle does not have snow chains.

Power Outages:
Are common within the Mountain Areas and are generally prompted by the power company directly. We strive to notify our guests in advance, but this is dependent on the power company notifying us in advance, which doesn’t always happen. If an outage occurs during your stay, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to send over flashlights if needed. Please note, we are not liable for outages during your stay.
