Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful house instructions. You can also access the front door lock and control the AC thermostats directly inside the portal, making your stay smooth and stress-free.
Management:
Our property is expertly managed we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.
Family-Friendly:
As parents of young children, we understand how challenging traveling with little ones can be. That’s why we’ve made every effort to accommodate families with young kids. We provide a pack ‘n play with crib sheets, a high chair as well as children’s cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. There are also board games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!
Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

We have stayed at dozens of properties, hotels, etc and this was a memorable visit and our favorite place. The hosts/property mgmt provides proactive communication and seamless process before, during, and after your visit. We loved how well equipped the kitchen is, everything high quality. The pictures of the house/view actually understate how phenomenal the view and peacefulness of the property are. You can hear the ocean from both balconies and really feel secluded. The location steps away from the beach cannot be beat.The hosts put a lot of care into all details and the experience for the guests. With two kids under 3, it was so easy to travel/pack knowing the house was already equipped for little ones. The house was exceptionally clean. The decor and surf vibes make the stay more of an experience compared to other beach properties I’ve stayed in.

This property was amazing and fully equipped for our every need. It was perfect in every way; private, convenient, clean, comfortable; with many extras in the kitchen and bath. With the convenient location right on the beach, our trip was extra special. Our host was easily accessible with a question we had regarding booking. The property was pet friendly but showed no signs of being occupied by pets as it was spotless when we arrived. We will plan to rent here again when we visit in the future.

We enjoyed our six-night stay immensely. It was a clean, well-stocked, and very well-maintained home, nestled perfectly among the dunes of Avon, NC. The surf decor theme is fresh and fun. The beds were incredibly comfortable. When we couldn’t find a dustpan and brush to tidy the floors, Elissa had one delivered within a handful of hours. Would absolutely book the property again!

We’ve been to many properties both here and abroad. This was the best stay in decades of experience. It is beautifully decorated, exceptionally well equipped, and situated in a gorgeous set of dunes, and an amazing beach at your doorstep. The beds are incredible, the living area is spacious…and the top of the house crow’s nest tops the bill! In sum, this entire place is a gem in all regards. We will definitely be back.

This was my first time staying in Avon, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Clean, quiet and beautifully positioned behind the dunes but close enough to the beach to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf. The house is generous in size while still feeling cozy, and it has all the amenities you could ask for. It’s also close to multiple eating options, bakeries and a Food Lion so that anything you forgot to pack is easily replaced. Elissa, the host, is very responsive and communication was great. Highly recommended!
