Other Things to Note
☆ Pool Heater/Cleaner
The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if requested. Our pool cleaner and gardener come every Tuesday and Friday through the side gate and should not disturb you. If you’d prefer not to be visited during your stay, please let us know in advance.
☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations
We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay (maximum 2 dogs, up to 50 lbs each). A pet hair cleaning fee is included, but if any additional mess (urine, feces, etc.) is found, a $200 extra cleaning fee will be charged. Please clean up after your pet and do not leave pets unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
☆ Gated Neighborhood: There is a guard gate to access the gated neighborhood where our home is located. We will need to collect all guests names and license plate numbers for easy access into and out of the community. Max of 3 cars.

☆ Location: Often referred to as the “City of Festivals,” Indio is a vibrant city located in the Coachella Valley of Southern California’s Desert Region. This city is known for its annual festivals, particularly the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and the Stagecoach Festival, both of which are held at the nearby Empire Polo Club, our home is just 1.4 miles away, with the perfect location for festival goers.
☆ Neighborhood: Coachella Casa is located within the Indian Palms Country Club, a gated community known for its peaceful surroundings and scenic desert charm. While the community features amenities such as a 27-hole golf course, pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a fitness center, please note that these amenities are not accessible to guests of this property.
The surrounding area of Indio is rich in culture and history, with local attractions such as the Coachella Valley History Museum, Indio Performing Arts Center, and Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, which offers concerts, dining, and gaming. For outdoor adventures, Joshua Tree National Park is about an hour’s drive away and offers stunning desert landscapes, hiking, and rock climbing.
☆ Getting Around
A car is recommended for getting around Indio and the surrounding Coachella Valley. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops are just a short drive away. Ample parking is available at the home.
Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available and a great option for attending festivals or exploring nearby cities like La Quinta and Palm Desert without worrying about parking. Palm Springs International Airport is about 30 minutes away by car, making arrival and departure easy and convenient.
