We encourage visitors to plan hikes on weekdays to avoid crowds. Adventure Passes are required to park in most trail head parking lots so stop by the Visitor Center to pick up a day or annual pass.
Big Bear Lake offers three snow tubing locations in the Valley. The Alpine Slide and Big Bear Snow Play operate daily with nighttime Glow Tubing sessions on Fridays, Saturdays & Holidays. Both locations are cash only. Snow Summit also features Grizzly Ridge Tube Park for non-skier and riders.
