☆ Parking: “City Lights & Rooftop Nights” is located on a small cul-de-sac, where street access and turning can be tight. We offer garage parking, but the space is best suited for compact vehicles. If you’re driving a midsize or larger car, we recommend using nearby overnight street parking for a smoother, stress-free experience.
☆ Layout Reminder: This is a 3-story townhome. Please note that bathrooms are located on the upper and lower levels, and not on the main living/kitchen floor.
☆ Rooftop Access: The rooftop is accessed via an attic staircase from the master bathroom. While it’s a great feature, those with mobility concerns may find the access challenging.
☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. Maximum of 4 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.

Amenities
What a great place to stay! Very comfortable for 2 couples, with a lovely space to eat and watch a race on the huge tv. Walkable to Petco Park, restaurants, and the park for some exercise. Communication with Elissa could not have been better. We had a slight bump in the road, and she responded immediately to try and rectify the issue. She really went out of her way to try and help us, and it was greatly appreciated. We love visiting San Diego, and hope we will be able to stay here again.
Great location with amazing downtown scenic view. Elissa was super sweet and responsive.
Fantastic place, had a fantastic stay, if you’re looking to stay in a good part of downtown and want something nice this is your spot, if you end up having to book something else I’m honestly sorry for you

Elissa is a great host – very responsive and very helpful. She accommodated requests, got things fixed quickly, and was true to her word – when something was missing or broken, she went out of her way to make sure we had access, as quick as possible. We did not expect there to be so many stairs – there were stairs to the first floor and stairs to the second – this would have been helpful information to provide in the property details. Also, the roof deck is only accessible through a very narrow pull-down ladder from the upstairs bathroom – also something to note. Finally, the mailbox is inaccessible – three of our small amazon deliveries are trapped in the mailbox and we were unable to retrieve them. Other than that, place was great.
Great place definitely recommend to him. I will definitely be coming again when I’m back in town.
