Grandparents will appreciate the convenience of the downstairs bedroom, while kids and other family members can enjoy the spacious upstairs layout. We do have an additional floor mattress in one of the upstairs bedrooms to accommodate up to 2 extra guests and a Pack & Play available for infants.

Amenities
This place was perfect for both our families. The house was in such great condition and I think our children covered every square inch of this house! The room layouts were perfect and we fit very comfortably. We had 4 Adults and 6 kids. One bedroom downstairs and the rest upstairs. We drove to a different beach everyday- San Clemente is about 20 min away! Great location! Great Neighborhood- awesome walking/running trails! Highly recommend! They were very generous with what they supplied in kitchen- we had everything we needed and cooked at home every morning and evening. We also used fire pit, pickleball court and spa! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
The pickleball court and pool table were so fun and the absolute highlights of our stay. The house was clean and decorated very thoughtfully and beautifully. I wish they had better kitchen items – my mother-in-law made a soup and they only had very tiny bowls So we had to go to the store and buy some bowls for that meal. It was difficult to get an accurate understanding of what was included in the kitchen. I asked in advance, but when we got there, there were some things that they had, but I guess the owner didn’t realize that they had and other things that were missing. I had brought some of my kitchen items just in case, and that came in handy. Overall, this was a five star stay because the house was beautifully appointed and clean and well laid out with an open concept which greatly facilitated family gathering and quality time together. We would totally stay here again!
Very relaxing, fun and safe time with family and our 2 dogs! Well fenced and the dogs enjoyed playing outside. We celebrated an early Thanksgiving and it was great to cook in a wonderful kitchen! Location was great to shopping and restaurants.
