As parents of young children, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. That’s why we’ve made our home as family-friendly as possible. We provide a Pack ‘n Play with crib sheets, and there’s ample space in any bedroom for set up. We’ve also stocked kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and utensils, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time together!

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $325 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

Pool:
Our private pool is seasonal, typically open from late March or early April through October, weather permitting. The exact opening and closing dates shift a little each year with the weather, so just send us a message and we’ll happily confirm the dates for your stay. Outside the season the pool is winterized and covered — the hot tub is available year-round.

Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available for $125 per day plus tax. It’s booked for the full length of your stay and needs to be requested and paid for in advance, with at least five days’ notice, so we have time to bring the water up to temperature. Water temperature does depend on the weather, so we’re not able to promise an exact degree.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate at no additional charge, and we turn it on ahead of your arrival.

No Adhesives on Walls:
Do not use tape, hooks, stickers, or any other materials to attach decorations or items to the walls, as this may cause damage.

No Glitter Allowed:
Glitter is extremely difficult to clean and can cause lasting damage to furniture and surfaces. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us provide a clean, welcoming space for every guest.

Pests:
Corolla is home to midges, tiny bugs that are common in the area during certain seasons. • House Rules • Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti or glitter is allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog • Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, street parking is not permitted. Max 6 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways. • Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. • BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only. • No flames inside, no firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property. • Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations.
